3rrr Terms and Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Use of the Platform

Throughout these Terms, the following words carry the meanings defined here unless the context specifically requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an active account on 3rrr, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts, bots, and automated registrations are not permitted.
• You may hold only one account on 3rrr. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any bonus funds in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration including your real name, date of birth, mobile number and payment method details.
• You must not register using another person's identity, payment method or contact details.
• You confirm that you are not a current employee, director, agent or close family member of an employee of 3rrr or any associated entity.
• 3rrr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or during your account's lifetime.
• Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

Your 3rrr account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. The following rules apply to all 3rrr accounts without exception:

All financial transactions on 3rrr are conducted in Pakistani rupees. The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

3rrr does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges — these are outside 3rrr's control. 3rrr reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals and for amounts above Rs 50,000.

The following rules apply to all bets placed across any 3rrr product — cricket, PSL, sports, and any other market offered on the platform. These rules take precedence over any verbal or written communication from individual support agents.

• All bets are final once confirmed on the platform. A bet confirmation screen displays the odds, stake and potential return before you finalise — once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled by the player.
• The minimum bet on any 3rrr market is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed at bet placement.
• 3rrr reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by a technical error or data feed failure. Players will be notified and stakes returned promptly in such cases.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to a short delay for processing. 3rrr cannot guarantee acceptance of in-play bets if the relevant event concludes or a decisive moment occurs during the processing window.
• Where a match is abandoned or no result is declared, all match-winner bets are voided and stakes returned unless the relevant competition rules provide a declared result or unless a specific market rule applies (e.g., DLS result).
• Accumulator bets require all legs to win for the bet to pay out. If a leg is voided, that leg is removed from the accumulator and the odds are recalculated based on the remaining legs.
• 3rrr uses published odds at the time of bet confirmation. If odds changed between your view of the market and confirmation, the confirmed odds shown on the bet slip are final.
• Any bets found to have been placed using information obtained through match-fixing, insider information, or any form of corruption will be voided and the relevant account reported to appropriate authorities.

3rrr offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses on 3rrr are subject to these general terms in addition to any specific terms published on the individual promotion's page.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3rrr. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

3rrr takes responsible gaming seriously. We want betting and gaming on our platform to remain an enjoyable form of entertainment — not something that causes harm or financial distress. The following tools are available to every 3rrr account holder and can be activated without contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your 3rrr account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on net losses over a defined period. When the limit is reached, further betting is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been actively using the platform for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit or bet. The cooling-off period cannot be shortened once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from 3rrr for a minimum of 6 months. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration selected. During exclusion, your account is completely inactive and re-registration attempts will be blocked.

All content on the 3rrr platform — including the brand name "3rrr," all logos, graphics, interface designs, software, market data, odds displays, game content, and written material — is the intellectual property of 3rrr or its licensed content providers. The following restrictions apply to all users:

• You may not copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, or commercially exploit any 3rrr content without prior written permission.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any 3rrr software, app or web interface.
• The 3rrr brand name and logo may not be used in any commercial context, social media content, advertising, or other public communication without authorisation.
• Odds data, market data, and game outcome data published on 3rrr may not be scraped, aggregated, or resold to third parties.

3rrr provides its platform on a best-effort basis. While we work to ensure continuous availability, accurate odds, and fair game outcomes, the following limitations of liability apply:

• 3rrr is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider failures, or force majeure events.
• 3rrr is not responsible for losses caused by a player sharing their login credentials or failing to secure their account appropriately.
• In the event of a pricing error in any 3rrr market, our liability is limited to refunding the original stake. We are not liable for potential winnings calculated at an erroneous price.
• 3rrr's total liability to any individual player for any claim in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the same period.
• Nothing in these Terms limits 3rrr's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by 3rrr is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Key principles include:

• Your personal data is collected only to the extent necessary to operate your 3rrr account, process transactions, and comply with legal obligations.
• 3rrr does not sell personal data to third parties.
• Data is stored with encryption. Passwords are never stored in plaintext.
• You have the right to request a copy of your personal data and to request correction of inaccurate information at any time by contacting support.

3rrr reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via account notification and/or the email address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of 3rrr after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the update. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of the 3rrr platform. In the event of any dispute between you and 3rrr arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Raise the dispute with 3rrr support via live chat or email. Most issues can be resolved quickly at this stage. Provide your account details, the relevant bet or transaction reference, and a clear description of the issue.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the support response does not resolve your concern, submit a formal written complaint to support@3rrr.click marked "Formal Complaint." We commit to providing a written response within 10 business days.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied after the formal complaint response, further escalation options available through applicable regulatory or consumer protection channels will be communicated in our response.

3rrr aims to resolve all disputes fairly, promptly and transparently. All formal complaint records are maintained for a minimum of two years.
