3rrr FAQ — Answers to Your Betting Questions in Pakistan

No. Each person is permitted one active account. Creating multiple accounts using different phone numbers, devices or payment methods is a breach of our Terms and Conditions and results in closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any bonuses. If you think you have accidentally created a duplicate, contact support before it causes a problem and we will resolve it.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification step required before your first withdrawal. You upload a clear photo of your CNIC through the verification section of your account. It typically completes in under one hour. You can bet freely while it is pending — it only gates your first withdrawal. Once complete, it does not need to be repeated unless your personal details change significantly.

Mobile number changes require identity verification to prevent unauthorised changes. Contact 3rrr support at support@3rrr.click with your CNIC number and the new mobile number you want to use. Email address changes can be made directly in Account Settings after confirming your current password. Both changes trigger a security notification to your registered contact details.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use 3rrr. Age is verified at registration through your date of birth and confirmed at KYC through your CNIC. Accounts where age cannot be verified as 18+ are immediately suspended. If 3rrr discovers that a player was under 18 at the time of registration, the account is closed and all deposits are returned but any winnings are forfeited.

The quickest option is to use OTP login on the Login page. Enter your registered mobile number, receive a 6-digit OTP by SMS, and log in without a password. Once inside, set a new password in Account Settings. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, email support@3rrr.click with your full name and CNIC for manual account recovery.

Yes. You can request permanent account closure by contacting support at support@3rrr.click. Before closure, any remaining cash balance will be returned to your last verified payment method. If the reason for closure is related to problem gambling, we strongly encourage selecting permanent self-exclusion instead — see our Responsible Gaming page for details on that option.

The 3rrr platform is fully optimised for mobile browsers on both Android and iOS. You can add 3rrr to your home screen for one-tap access that behaves exactly like an app. The mobile browser experience includes all betting markets, live in-play, full cashier and responsible gaming tools — identical to the desktop version. Take a screenshot of the Easypaisa transaction confirmation showing the transaction ID, amount, date and time. Then contact 3rrr live chat support and share that screenshot. Most deposit discrepancies are resolved within 30 minutes of the support team receiving the transaction evidence. Do not attempt to make a second deposit while the first is being investigated.

No. 3rrr requires that all deposits come from a payment account registered in your own name. This is a standard security and anti-money-laundering requirement. Deposits from third-party accounts will be flagged during routine reviews and may result in the funds being held while verification is completed. Withdrawals are always processed back to the same verified payment account used for deposits.

Yes. You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits directly in your account's Responsible Gaming settings without contacting anyone. Once set, the limit takes immediate effect. Reducing a limit is instant. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour waiting period — this is intentional to prevent impulsive decisions from overriding your own protection. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash process in under 5 minutes around the clock — midnight, 3am, during a match, any time. NayaPay and SadaPay are similarly fast. IBFT bank transfers take up to 2 hours depending on your bank. Card withdrawals take 1–3 working days. There are no blackout periods or restricted withdrawal times on 3rrr.

The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit set by 3rrr, though very large withdrawals may involve a routine security review that can take up to 24 hours. Your payment provider may have its own limits on incoming transfers — check with them if you are planning a large withdrawal.

First, check that your KYC verification is complete — unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals. If KYC is complete and the expected processing time has passed, contact 3rrr live chat with your withdrawal reference number. The team can check the status in real time and will tell you exactly where things stand. Most delayed withdrawals are resolved within a few hours of being reported.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment account used for your most recent deposit. This is a security measure to prevent funds from being redirected to unverified third-party accounts. If you genuinely need to change your withdrawal account (for example, if you have switched from Easypaisa to JazzCash), contact support and complete an additional identity verification step to authorise the change.

3rrr charges no fees on withdrawals. The amount you request to withdraw is the exact amount sent to your payment account. Your payment provider may charge a receipt fee on their end — this is outside 3rrr's control. Any amount shown in your 3rrr cashier is the gross amount you will receive before any provider-side fees.

Bonus funds must meet the wagering requirement before they become withdrawable cash. Your account shows your bonus balance and the remaining wagering requirement clearly. Once the requirement is met, the funds automatically move to your cash balance and can be withdrawn at any time. Your actual deposit winnings (cash balance) are always withdrawable without any conditions — only the bonus portion requires wagering.

New players who register and make their first deposit receive a 100% match bonus up to Rs 10,000. Deposit Rs 1,000 and get Rs 1,000 in bonus funds. Deposit Rs 10,000 or more and receive the full Rs 10,000. The bonus is credited automatically — no promo code needed. It appears in your bonus balance immediately after your first deposit clears.

The welcome bonus carries a 5x wagering requirement. This means if you received a Rs 5,000 bonus, you need to place Rs 25,000 worth of qualifying bets using that bonus balance before it converts to withdrawable cash. Each bet reduces the remaining requirement proportionally. Your account shows the remaining wagering balance at all times. Bets settled as void do not count toward the wagering requirement.

Bonus funds expire 30 days after the date they are credited. If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days, the remaining bonus balance is removed. Your cash balance and any winnings already transferred to cash are completely unaffected by a bonus expiry. You will receive a reminder notification at the 7-day and 24-hour marks before a bonus expires.

Setting a deposit limit does not disqualify you from 3rrr promotions you are otherwise eligible for. If a specific promotion requires a minimum deposit that your limit prevents you from reaching, you naturally cannot claim that particular offer — but this is a result of your own financial boundary, not a penalty. 3rrr will never contact you to encourage removing a responsible gaming restriction to claim a bonus. That would be against our own policy.

Yes. You can opt out of bonuses entirely by adjusting your bonus preferences in Account Settings, or you can contact support before making a deposit to confirm you do not want the associated bonus applied. Some players prefer to play without bonus conditions — this is a perfectly valid preference and we accommodate it without any disadvantage to the player.

Yes. Cashback promotions run periodically — particularly during PSL and major international cricket tournaments. Cashback terms vary per promotion but typically return a percentage of net losses over a defined period. Yes. In-play (live) betting is available on PSL matches and other cricket fixtures while play is ongoing. Markets include ball-by-ball outcomes, over totals, current run rate, whether the next delivery will be a wicket, and many more that only exist in live play. Odds update every few seconds. If a match is officially abandoned without a result being reached, most pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. If the match produces an official result (for example via DLS method in a rain-affected match), bets settle on that official result. Match winner bets for rescheduled matches remain valid unless the match is cancelled entirely. Specific settlement rules vary by market — full details are in the Terms and Conditions.

Current odds are displayed on the Betting Odds page for upcoming fixtures. Live odds during matches are available after you log in to your account. The odds on the Betting Odds page update regularly but real-time in-play odds are only accessible inside the platform for registered, logged-in users.

Yes. 3rrr supports accumulator bets (combining multiple selections into one bet for higher potential returns). For cricket, you can combine match winners across different fixtures into an accumulator. All selections in an accumulator must win for the bet to pay out. If any one selection is void (for example due to match abandonment), it is typically removed from the accumulator and the remaining selections stand.

Most cricket match bets are settled within 30 minutes of the official end of play. Player performance markets (top batsman, top bowler) are settled once official scorecards are confirmed — typically within an hour of the match ending. If your connection drops during a game, 3rrr's server continues the game round to completion based on the outcome that was already being determined server-side. When you reconnect, you will see the settled result and any winnings or losses will have been applied correctly. If you believe a round was settled incorrectly, contact support with the approximate time and game title and we will pull the server log for that session.

3rrr provides: deposit limits (daily/weekly/monthly), loss limits (daily/weekly/monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods (24 hours / 7 days / 30 days), self-exclusion (6 months to permanent) and a Reality Check Dashboard showing your full betting history. Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion. Select a duration — minimum 6 months, up to permanent exclusion. Confirm, and your account is immediately disabled. You cannot log in, deposit or bet during the exclusion. Any cash balance can be requested for return to your verified payment method. Self-exclusion cannot be shortened once activated — this is designed to protect you from reversing the decision impulsively.

Act immediately. If you can still access the account, change your password right away — this ends all other active sessions. Then contact 3rrr live chat to report the incident and request a review of all recent activity. If you cannot log in because the password has been changed without your knowledge, email support@3rrr.click with your full name and CNIC and ask for an emergency account freeze. Do not delay on this.
